That is why if you are not happy with our service we will issue a full refund. Refund requests under this policy must be made within 6 months of purchase. Email us at info@livingcanadainfo.com explaining your situation and our dedicated customer team will get right on it. Please note that this guarantee does not cover or refund any credit for monies paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order, like translators or interpreters. No refunds will be issued for any amount paid by you directly to third parties, such as attorneys. Canada Forms is not a law firm and is not a substitute for an attorney or law firm.

You also have the right to complain to the company if you are not in agreement with the end service and to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy covers most issues that could arise from the transaction. Please be aware that a complaint can be filed with the company up to two years from the date of purchase and that the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of purchase.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your specific proceeding. Please be aware that processing times depend entirely on the government and that in some cases, a government backlog can lead to long delays. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by these guarantees.

We are fully committed to your immigration benefit preparation, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Canada Forms – not changes to your situation or your state of mind.

To request a refund under our guarantees and policy, please contact us at info@livingcanadainfo.com with your name, order number and reason for refund.

Canada Forms will process your refund request within ten (10) business days following your initial request. Please note that refunds will be issued to the individual who made the original payment to Canada Forms.
